El 5 de julio de 2024=2C el Gobierno de la RAE de Hong Kong promulg=C3=B3=
 la Ordenanza de 2024 sobre la reforma de la Ley de Hacienda (concesiones=
 fiscales para los ingresos por propiedad intelectual)=2C que introduce un=
 r=C3=A9gimen de incentivos fiscales de tipo =E2=80=9Cpatent box=E2=80=9D=
 (=E2=80=9CPatent Box Regime=E2=80=9D). Este r=C3=A9gimen ofrece concesion=
es fiscales sobre las ganancias que cumplan los requisitos y que se derive=
n de la propiedad intelectual (PI) que cumpla los requisitos y que se desa=
rrolle a trav=C3=A9s de actividades de investigaci=C3=B3n y desarrollo (I+=
D) en Hong Kong. Al implementar este r=C3=A9gimen=2C Hong Kong busca estim=
ular el crecimiento del comercio de PI=2C alentar a las empresas a partici=
par en actividades relacionadas con la PI y consolidar su posici=C3=B3n co=
mo centro regional l=C3=ADder en materia de propiedad intelectual.
