l sanci=C3=B3n multa por SUNAFIL equivalente al 10% de la UIT vigente por c=
ada trabajador no declarado, seg=C3=BAn se establece en el art=C3=ADculo 35=
=C2=B0 del TUO de la Ley del Sistema Privado del Fondo de Pensiones (SPP). =
Asimismo, la AFP se encuentra facultada a reportar vuestras deudas a las Ce=
ntrales de Riesgo de la SBS y Privadas. 
 
Al margen de las consecuencias que podr=C3=ADa asumir a=
nte SUNAFIL, su deuda por aportes previsionales impagos de sus trabajadores=
, ya se encuentra en cobranza judicial.&nbsp; Tales aportes debieron increm=
entar sus cuentas de capitalizaci=C3=B3n para sus futuras pensiones de jubi=
laci=C3=B3n; sin embargo, la falta de pago los coloca en estado de desprote=
cci=C3=B3n latente para acceder a la cobertura de seguro de invalidez, sobr=
evivencia para sus familiares y gastos de sepelio.&nbsp; </sp=

Considerando estos antecedentes, su representada debe r=
egularizar en las pr=C3=B3ximas 48 horas, el pago de los aportes pre=
visionales impagos, intereses y los costos y cosas procesales, por consigui=
