ci=F3n incompleta de la misma, por cualquier per=EDodo o devengue podr=EDa =
generarle una eventual sanci=F3n multa por SUNAFIL equivalente al 10% de la=
 UIT vigente por cada trabajador no declarado, seg=FAn se establece en el a=
rt=EDculo 35=B0 del TUO de la Ley del Sistema Privado del Fondo de Pensione=
s (SPP). Asimismo, la AFP se encuentra facultada a reportar vuestras deudas=
 a las Centrales de Riesgo de la SBS y Privadas.</span=

Al margen de las co=
nsecuencias que podr=EDa asumir ante SUNAFIL, su deuda por aportes previsio=
nales impagos de sus trabajadores, ya se encuentra en cobranza judicial.&nb=
sp; Tales aportes debieron incrementar sus cuentas de capitalizaci=F3n para=
 sus futuras pensiones de jubilaci=F3n; sin embargo, la falta de pago los c=
oloca en estado de desprotecci=F3n latente para acceder a la cobertura de s=
eguro de invalidez, sobrevivencia para sus familiares y gastos de sepelio.&=
nbsp;

Considerando estos =
antecedentes, su representada debe regularizar en las pr=F3ximas 48 hora=
s, el pago de los aportes previsionales impagos, intereses y los costos=
 y cosas procesales, por consiguiente, s=EDrvase contactarnos a trav=E9s de=

De existir alguna o=
bservaci=F3n sobre la deuda requerida, s=EDrvanse remitir las respectivas c=
opias de las Planillas de Haberes o Boletas de Pago recibidas por sus traba=
jadores, Planillas de Aportes Previsionales debidamente canceladas y Liquid=
