Greetings. All the best in the Year of the Ox.

Our Hong Kong Office resumed work on Tuesday (Feb 16).
We=E2=80=99ve had a simple and meaningful Chinese New Year well-wishing ga=
thering.

The PRC Offices (Shenzhen=2C Guangzhou=2C Shanghai) resumed work yesterday=
 (Feb 18).

We are all back to work and CW CPA is now entering its 5^th year of operat=
ion in the midst of Covid-19=2C an unprecedented challenge that calls for=
 unprecedented actions.

Looking back over the full year=2C though we are mired in uncertainty beca=
use of  the pandemic=2C we still have the following to cheer :

a) Clients : over 1=2C000 now (70% overseas clients)
b) The worldwide accounting body=2C Allinial Global that we belong to : No=
=2E 2 in the world
c) Total staff : about 95 (Hong Kong and China and Overseas)

The Year of the Ox will be a hopeful year for us with new priorities like=
 cross-border ecommerce.

I am glad to share with you that
we are working on a cross-border e-commerce project that will open more po=
ssibilities for Latin American companies that wish to sell in the Chinese=
 market. Our new project=2C partnering with Mini-Home Media Limited=2C ope=
rating the China Travel Bus E-Commerce platform (wholly owned by China Tra=
vel Group=2C a Chinese state-owned company) will be first introduced to La=
tin American market pertaining to Spanish speaking countries as well as Br=
azil=2C a Portuguese-speaking country.

We will have another webinar on  next Friday (Feb 26)=2C 8 am Hong Kong ti=
me.

Though the global economy is still very tough but therein lies the way ...=
 hard work and persistence plus one more element : compassion.

I am pretty confident to get through the tough times that still lie ahead=
 because of Covid-19.
