We are now halfway through 2020. COVID-19 continues to be at the forefront=
 of global discussion. Though some countries have started relaxing lockdow=
n measures=2C I am sure many of you are taking extra precautionary measure=
s to safeguard the livelihood of yourself and your loved ones.

Since the beginning of the year=2C CW has been making efforts to ensure ou=
r staff stays safe. At the same time=2C on the business front=2C we are ex=
tending our helping hands to those clients that have difficulty in travell=
ing to China.

For those with urgency to resume China work and production=2C we are payin=
g close attention to the entry policies and quarantine measures in China.=
 Meanwhile=2C to keep your China operation running=2C we are offering to r=
un your administration and HR department at less than the cost of hiring a=
 full-time=2C English-speaking administrator. The outsourcing tasks can be=

1. A Mexican company in the supply chain management industry has a subsidi=
ary office in Shenzhen. While their China administration staff is on mater=

=2E Due to a group corporate restructuring=2C we reminded the client to file=
 company amendment for both the Hong Kong and Guangzhou company and pay sp=
ecial attention to the sequential order of such filing. Throughout this pr=
ocess=2C we provided the following support:
2.1. Filing application for amendment for the Hong Kong and Guangzhou comp=
anies.
2.2. Provide onboarding support to the new Hong Kong director who is also=
 acting as the legal representative for the Guangzhou company.
2.3. Provide compliance and corporate governance training to the new manag=
ement=2C especially regarding the new development of the corporate social=
 credit system in China.

3. A Hong Kong based translation company set up a Shenzhen office many yea=
rs ago. After conducting cost and benefit analysis=2C the client decided t=
o outsource the administration function to CW. We are handling=2C monthly=
=2C the following tasks:
3.1. Monitor and collection of staff attendance report.
3.2. Filing and maintaining key corporate files=2C certificates=2C records=
=2E
3.3. Collection of business records and preparing accounting ledgers.
3.4. Maintaining relationship with the bank and handling bank formalities=
 on-site in foreign exchange matters.
