Dear Friends/Clients=2C

A rising number of overseas businessmen (including those from Latin Americ=
a and Spain) are interested in the Greater Bay Area market despite the COV=
ID-19 pandemic.  We have helped and educated some of them.  We never stop=
 our efforts in the midst of the anti-epidemic measures imposed in mainlan=
d China earlier and in Latin America now.

Let me recap what I have done so far with some of the milestones in the pa=
st two years.

1. Webinar with Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and Technosource-=
Grupo Deltron (our Latin Department Peruvian client)
The webinar was held concurrently in Colombia=2C Peru=2C Hong Kong and She=
nzhen with about 200 participants.  I made a speech in Spanish introducing=
 the Greater Bay Area to the Latin American audience.

2. Webinar with the Portugal-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (P=
HKCCI) with the support from HKTDC and InvestHK
The PHKCCI organized a webinar in cooperation with our firm and Bison Bank=
 (a Portuguese bank) with the support from the Hong Kong Trade Development=
 Council and InvestHK.  I answered questions from the audience in the Q&A=
 session while our Brazilian colleague=2C Kemelly Vera=2C spoke about the=
 business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area.

3. Webinar with Allinial Global - Building Stronger Linkages & Growth thro=
ugh the Greater Bay Area
Our firm did a webinar discussing the following topics.  I spoke about the=
 ambitions in going global and launching new initiatives in the Greater Ba=
y Area market.

* Overview of the GBA and the development plan
* How does each GBA city stand out while complementing the others?
* What are the preferential policies and measures in GBA for supporting bu=
sinesses=2C innovation and technology?
* What factors should overseas SMEs consider before setting up operations=
 in the GBA?

4. The 5th Young Entrepreneurs Forum of China and Portuguese speaking Coun=
tries
To strengthen Macau's role also as a platform for China's economic and tra=
de cooperation in the Greater Bay Area=2C our firm (CW CPA) intends to dev=
elop this new market leveraging on the Brazilian colleagues of our Latin D=
epartment.

We participated in a Forum in Macau in October 2019 with our partners from=
 Macau (a Portuguese accounting firm and also a Portuguese law firm) and a=
lso our partner in Zhuhai (a Zhuhai law firm).

5. Welcoming Party/Seminar in our newly relocated Guangzhou Office
We moved to the existing Guangzhou office at the IFC in Guangzhou in Augus=
t 2019.  To further meet the demands from the overseas clients in the Grea=
ter Bay Area=2C we have a China Consultancy Team (CCT) which provides basi=
c support services that almost all companies would need.  The CCT is expan=
ding their service scopes - a new service platform for Human Resources Pro=
cess Outsourcing (HRPO) has already been launched.  Our Head of China Cons=
ultancy Team=2C Phenix Zheng=2C is based in Guangzhou office.

6. Promoting Shenzhen in Spain and Portugal
In May 2019=2C our Latin Department assisted a group of high level delegat=
ion from Shenzhen=2C including the Vice Mayor of Shenzhen and Deputy Direc=
tor of the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality=2C in arranging busine=
ss meetings and organizing two seminars in Madrid and Lisbon.

7. Strategic Partnership with Z&T Law Firm (=E6=AD=A3=E5=B9=B3=E5=A4=A9=E6=
=88=90=E5=BE=8B=E5=B8=AB=E4=BA=8B=E5=8B=99=E6=89=80)
We signed a Strategic Agreement with Z&T Law Firm of Guangzhou in June 201=
8.  Z&T Law Firm is a highly reputable law firm with locally rooted networ=
k and expertise in Southern China. It is one of the 49 Elite law firms of=
 the Chinese Ministry of Justice.

Our strategic partnership with Z&T Law Firm will be able to seize the oppo=
rtunity providing a total solution (accounting and legal advisory) tailore=
d to overseas clients=E2=80=99 needs. We foresee both our firm and Z&T bri=
nging in new clients and many more collaboration opportunities in the near=
 future.

We still have a long way to walk on this Greater Bay Area journey.

We moved to the existing Guangzhou office at the IFC in Guangzhou in Augus=
t 2019.&nbsp; To further meet the demands from the overseas clients in the=
 Greater Bay Area=2C we have a China Consultancy Team (CCT) which provides=
 basic support services that almost all companies would need. &nbsp;The CC=
T is expanding their service scopes - a new service platform for Human Res=
ources Process Outsourcing (HRPO) has already been launched.&nbsp; Our Hea=

In May 2019=2C our Latin Department assisted a group of high level delegat=
ion from Shenzhen=2C including the Vice Mayor of Shenzhen and Deputy Direc=
tor of the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality=2C in arranging busine=
ss meetings and organizing two seminars in Madrid and Lisbon.<br>

We signed a Strategic Agreement with Z&amp;T Law Firm of Guangzhou in June=
 2018. &nbsp;Z&amp;T Law Firm is a highly reputable law firm with locally=
 rooted network and expertise in Southern China. It is one of the 49 Elite=
 law firms of the Chinese Ministry of Justice.<br>

Our strategic partnership with Z&amp;T Law Firm will be able to seize the=
 opportunity providing a total solution (accounting and legal advisory) ta=
ilored to overseas clients=E2=80=99 needs. We foresee both our firm and Z&=
amp;T bringing in new clients and many more collaboration opportunities in=
