co de la normativa laboral respecto al procedimiento y requisitos para ge=
stionar la suspensi=F3n perfecta de labores que ser=E1 realizado de maner=
a virtual dirigido por la empresa Formaci=F3n y Capacitaci=F3n para Ejecu=
tivos _ FCE con la participaci=F3n de una abogada especialista.
OBJETIVOS

=FC  Adquirir o actualizar diversos conocimientos relacionados al procedi=
miento y requisitos para solicitar la suspensi=F3n perfecta de laboral an=
te el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoci=F3n del Empleo.
DIRIGIDO A:
El presente curso est=E1 dirigido a profesionales que se encuentran compr=
ometidos con las =E1reas de recursos humanos, administraci=F3n o remunera=
ciones en el sector privado, contadores, gerentes, asesores legales, admi=
nistradores y abogados.

SUSPENSI=D3N PERFECTA DE LABORES

1. Suspensi=F3n perfecta e imperfecta de labores, seg=FAn lo previsto en =
el D.S 003-97-TR,  Ley de Productividad y Competitividad laboral.

2. Suspensi=F3n Perfecta de labores como medida excepcional _ D.U 038- 20=
20-TR (vigente a partir del 15.04.2020): a. Aspectos normativos, b. Posib=
ilidades y contingencias. Diferencias con la Suspensi=F3n por hecho fortu=
ito o fuerza mayor regulado en el art=EDculo 15 del D.S 003-97-TR, Ley de=
 Productividad y Competitividad laboral. Duraci=F3n de la suspensi=F3n pe=
rfecta de labores.

3. Sobre la adopci=F3n de medidas que resulten necesarias a fin de manten=
er la vigencia del v=EDnculo laboral y la percepci=F3n de remuneraciones:=
=20
a) Otorgar el descanso vacacional adquirido y pendiente de goce.
b) Acordar mediante soporte f=EDsico o virtual, el adelanto del descanso =
vacacional a cuenta del periodo vacacional que se genere a futuro.=20
c) Acordar mediante soporte f=EDsico o virtual, la reducci=F3n de la jorn=
ada laboral diaria o semanal, con la reducci=F3n proporcional de la remun=
eraci=F3n.=20
d) Acordar mediante soporte f=EDsico o virtual, con los trabajadores la r=
educci=F3n de la remuneraci=F3n. Dicha reducci=F3n consensuada debe guard=
ar proporcionalidad con las causas que la motivan. En ning=FAn caso, pued=
e acordarse la reducci=F3n de la remuneraci=F3n por debajo de la Remunera=
ci=F3n M=EDnima Vital (RMV).
e) Adoptar otras medidas reguladas por el marco legal vigente, siempre qu=
e permitan el cumplimiento del objetivo del Decreto de Urgencia N=BA 038-=
2020.
