Dear Friends/Clients=2C

Greetings.

It=E2=80=99s been a few months already since we started battling the Covid=
-19 with extra efforts.
So far so good for our firm - we are blessed that we have overcome a lot o=
f challenges because of Covid-19.
We have met a lot of challenges after the firm was established in Jan 2017=
 and each time we have become more enduring.
My confidence in the firm and the colleagues could only grow stronger and=
 stronger each and every day.

The way we=E2=80=99ve handled the 3 PRC Offices with the work measure adop=
ted as well as applying them to the Hong Kong Office because of Covid-19=
=2C have not only made our colleagues believe in the firm=E2=80=99s abilit=
y but also a special kind of bonding has developed.

Whenever I think about two things I love in my life=2C it is my family and=
 this firm (CW CPA).There is nothing I would not do for the two =E2=80=A6

Back to business=2C the talk of the town lately is :

(1) Employment Support Scheme and (2) Special 100% Loan Guarantee under th=
e SME Financing Guarantee Scheme

(1) The 1^st round application deadline for submitting the Employment Supp=
ort Scheme (=E2=80=9CESS=E2=80=9D) application is on 14 June 2020. There i=
s only one more week to go. We can assist with the application of the Sche=
me by gathering supporting documents=2C preparing and submitting applicati=
on=2C and tracking the application status.

(2) In addition=2C Special 100% Loan Guarantee under the SME Financing Gua=
rantee Scheme (=E2=80=9CSFGS=E2=80=9D) launched by HKMC Insurance Limited=
 started to receive application from 20 April 2020 to 19 April 2021. The S=
pecial 100% Loan Guarantee under the SFGS aims at alleviating the burden o=
f paying employee wages and rents by the local small and medium-sized ente=
rprises and non-listed enterprises which are suffering from reduced income=
 to help minimising enterprise shutting down and layoffs. Below are some k=
ey points for your reference:

Special 100% Loan Guarantee

Maximum Guarantee Period
Three years
Maximum Facility Amount Per Borrower at Any Point of Time: Total amount of=
 (a) wages and (b) rents for six months=2C or HK$4 million=2C whichever is=
 the lower.

Overall Interest Rate: Annual interest rate at 2.5% below the prime lendin=
g rate for Hong Kong Dollars

Business Operation History: Eligible enterprises must have business operat=
ion for at least three months in Hong Kong as at December 2019.
In addition=2C eligible enterprises are required to provide proofs that th=
ey have suffered at least a 30% decline in sales turnover in any month sin=
ce February 2020 compared with the monthly average of any quarter in 2019

Eligibility of Borrower Eligible enterprises must have business operation=
 in Hong Kong and be registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registrati=
on Ordinance (Chapter 310). Listed companies=2C lending institutions and a=
ffiliates of the Lenders are not eligible for the Scheme
